The client and the MSP are bound by a contractual, service-level agreement that states the performance and quality metrics of their relationship.
Yes, we allow up to 10% of your monthly contracted hours to roll over to the next month. If you are on a monthly 50 hour plan, you can roll over 5 hours per month.
